Buy, wait, claim
Bonds
Pay USDG now and claim FNDY as it unlocks over 48 hours.

How to buy
- Open Bonds and enter a USDG amount, or select Max.
- Check the FNDY amount, discount and selected bond. The form compares the usable quotes for your payment.
- Approve USDG if requested, then select Buy bond and confirm in your wallet.
- Use Claims on the same page to collect your unlocked FNDY. You do not have to wait the full 48 hours to start claiming.
Your allocation is set by the successful purchase. The part you have not claimed keeps unlocking; you do not receive USDG back when you claim a bond.
One page, four bond types
| Bond | What your payment funds |
|---|---|
| Reserve | Adds reserves to the treasury. |
| Liquidity (LP) | Adds liquidity to the FNDY/USDG pool. The USDG route creates the needed pool tokens for you. |
| Equity | Adds backing to the treasury and buys stock tokens for the RWA sleeve. |
| NET | Adds backing to the treasury and buys NET for the NET sleeve. The connected staking route delivers sNET. |
In every case, you receive vested FNDY. You do not receive the sleeve’s stocks or NET. The USDG form chooses the quote giving the most FNDY from the routes that are ready for your amount. If you already hold LP tokens, you can use the separate LP payment option.
What the discount means
The bond discount compares the bond price with the reference market price. Receiving FNDY from a reserve, equity or NET bond avoids the 5% tax on a direct pool buy. The liquidity route can still incur pool taxes while creating LP tokens; those costs are included in its quote.
For example, a 3% reserve bond price discount works out to about 7.85% lower cost per FNDY after accounting for that pool-buy tax, at the same reference price. The app separates the price discount from the estimated total savings.
Why a bond may be unavailable
Each eight-hour epoch has a fixed amount of FNDY available for bonds, divided between the four types. Buying consumes that allowance. It does not refill it. Unused amounts expire at the end of the epoch.
A type can have allowance left but still need a fresh price or a working purchase route. Max is also limited by your wallet balance and the amount the route can actually buy. A tiny remainder may be too small to purchase.
The administrator can lower the limit, change the allocation split for a later epoch, or pause new purchases. A purchase pause does not remove existing claims. Use the current availability and reset time in the app.
More about equity and NET purchases
The current automatic-minting desk creates the buyer’s FNDY when the bond succeeds. Part of the USDG provides the required treasury backing. The remainder buys the selected investment and delivers it to the appropriate sleeve. This does not require the team to exercise options or deposit founder tokens first.
The administrator chooses which assets can be bought. Each equity or NET purchase funds one asset; target percentages do not automatically rebalance the sleeve. If payment, minting or delivery checks fail, the whole transaction reverts.
When the sNET route is connected, new NET purchases buy and stake in the same transaction. The test version uses mock NET and mock sNET; its 1:1 staking receipt earns no real rewards. Previously purchased raw NET is not automatically staked.
The bond gives you a FNDY claim, not ownership of the sleeve. Sleeve holdings are excluded from recognized treasury backing.
Optional payment example
For equity and NET bonds, the treasury receives the full required backing for newly minted FNDY. The remainder is the investment budget. Any unspent USDG goes to the treasury. This calculator illustrates the split; it is not a live quote.
Follow an RWA payment
Change the assumptions to follow each asset. This illustrates the current desk minting FNDY and funding its full backing. It does not request a live quote.
